Our Goal
Our goal of our self-defense program are to help you reach
your fullest potential as martial artist in the areas of real world
self-defense, situational awareness, and confidence in the worst of situations.
Our rotating schedule of kickboxing and self-defense gives you the
skills you need to be confident on the street. Classes
for Her
Team One currently has monthly workshops for those looking to learn
practical self-defense but can only train occasionally. We also
have Muay Thai Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts classes that are open
for those looking to get in shape, perfect techniques, and round out
their martial arts knowledge. Couples can work out together in the
same class and get fit together! *except

Training Philosophy
Our curriculum is designed first and foremost to create effective, functional, comprehensive martial artists.
In our street
self-defense classes, we are not concerned with what was, but only with what works.
As a result, you'll find our curriculum covers a wide range of situations and is very practical . We don't want to waste time on ineffective techniques or
out-dated training methods. What makes our training environment
world class is our quality coaching staff, our proven training methods,
our conceptual foundation, and the friendly, supportive training
atmosphere you'll find at our gym. All of these components come
together to make a refreshing approach to training and self-defense.
