CLASS SCHEDULE: Updated 8-11-09 Classes are every Monday through Friday unless noted
Muay Thai Kickboxing: Muay Thai & Kick-Boxing Fundamentals, Conditioning, Drills, & Sparring. Get in shape with REAL Kickboxing. Sparring only for experienced or willing athletes! Mixed Martial Arts: Clinch & Jiu--Jitsu (No-GI) for MMA. Conditioning, Drills, and Sparring. MMA Classes are for instruction in the fundamentals of all aspects of Mixed Martial Arts. MMA/Jiu-Jitsu classes are for instruction in the fundamentals in wrestling and jiu-jitsu geared for MMA. SPARRING class times are Kickboxing, Grappling, and MMA sparring. We have training at least 5 days a week!

Required Equipment: The standard class equipment needed from day one is just a mouthpiece, t-shirt or rash guard, training shorts or pants, and a support cup (men). Other equipment you would need after the first few weeks are: Mixed Martial Arts Training Gloves 16 oz. Boxing Training Gloves Boxing Style Head Gear Muay Thai or MMA Shin Protectors Hand Wraps
